Our 1kg bags are packaged in laminated food grade bags with a silver metalized layer inside to protect from oxygen and moisture. They have a valve to allow the coffee to off gas, but do not include a zipper for resealing like our 340g bags do.

We recommend storing them in an airtight container, in a dry dark place (like a pantry or cupboard), to ensure lasting optimum freshness.
